Confession: I LOVE Ensure Plus. Vanilla and coffee flavours. Seriously. Not the idea of it, just the taste.
Just discovered Hazelnut milk. It’s a little strong, but it’s pretty good. It actually reminds me of Ensure.
I can’t drink soy milk, rice milk, cow’s milk (regular or lactose free). Goat’s milk taste like goat’s ass (sorry, but it does… not that I have tried goat’s ass, so I’m only speculating).
I’m so happy to finally find something I can drink. But I hope it is low FODMAP or I’m in for a nasty afternoon. If it is, though, YAY!! If it turns out I can drink it, that will be way cool because I actually like it!!!
(Please spare me any hate about imaginary & self-diagnosed food intolerences or digestive problems or whatever. My digestive problems are due to other unrelated conditions and were diagnosed by a gastroenterologist, and my diet is prescribed by him and a dietitian.)
