Whenever I make a food exchange…

…I always overcompensate and then i panic suddenly after a few days that I’ve been accidentally weighing it all wrong, so then I have to restrict for x more days to make up for it. And then I get in a panic that I’ll lose weight. And a separate panic that I’ll gain. And another panic that I’ll maintain.

And it’s all about fractions of grams.

 I know it makes no difference to anything really, but I can’t let go of the idea that if I just let one small detail slip, it will set a precedent.
